Would members please park with due
consideration for other users of the Goose Green fishery, parking in such a
way that block the paths is unacceptable and you will be asked to move your
vehicle, please use some common sense and have some consideration for
others. |

We have acquired
the fishing rights to a stretch of the River Arun just downstream of Stopham
Bridge.
This is a tidal stretch of the river
approximately 400m long with 12 No. pegs, the bank is quite steeply raked
and may not be suitable for less able bodied anglers.
This stretch is well known for
producing some large carp and winter pike and is only a short walk from the
car park. |

We will be cutting the grass at Goose Green on Saturday
19th June 2010, it will be very noisy and it will be dusty, if you can
operate a strimmer or even a pair of pruning shears, then we would love to
receive some help, Meet in the Car Park at 9 to 9:15 am. |
