As a Membership Society and Club we hold personal data. We have a legal responsibility to treat the data with respect and to hold the data securely.

This is stored in computerised records on the club computer, which is not connected to the Internet and has McAfee LiveSafe installed. All hard copies are kept securely.
We require this information to know who our members are and is used for mailing and communication purposes only. It is not available to anyone outside the Society and is held by the Membership Secretary.
Our website contains links to third party websites, if you follow a link to any of these websites, then please be aware that these websites have their own privacy polices and that we do not accept any liability or responsibility for the polices operated by these websites. We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic and trends to/on our website, this service does not collect any personally identifiable information.
We do not use tracking cookies or gather information about people via our website.
Email addresses are shared with the Chairman/Secretary for Newsletter and Membership renewals only.
We will keep the data from the date of joining until the end of June in the next year’s season for ease of re-joining.
All personal data will be deleted for lapsed memberships at the end of June annually. If you object to your details being held on the computer please contact the Membership Secretary in writing.
