As a Membership Society and Club we hold personal data. We have a legal responsibility to treat the data with respect and to hold the data securely.

This is stored in computerised records on the club computer, which is not connected to the Internet and has McAfee LiveSafe installed. All hard copies are kept securely.
We require this information as a club to know whom our members are and is used for mailing newsletters and communication purposes only. It is not available to anyone outside the Society and is held by the Membership Secretary.
