Pulborough AS River Fisheries

In conjunction with the emergency services we have, for your safety, arranged helicopter landing sites on our river fisheries. As you will appreciate these fisheries are inaccessible by vehicles and in the event of a member being injured or taken ill it would be difficult for the emergency services to travel to the scene with land based vehicles, you will see on our maps (in your membership book) of our river sections there are numbers marked in small squares, if, god forbid, you ever in need of rescue all you have to do is dial 999 on a mobile phone and report that you are a Pulborough Angling Society member and give them the number on the map that is nearest to your location, and the emergency services will arrange the appropriate form of transportation to evacuate you to safety. In addition we have also included a section in the membership book for you to enter details of any medication that you may be taking, please fill this in, as it will provide the emergency services with vital information.
